Used the center once before and it was fine. Going away for the holidays and put a request in at the end of September for boarding. I never heard anything. No email no voice mail. Tried to call a couple times and no one ever answered. Finally put in a new request today and they are booked. Said they booked up in October. I looked at my call log and looks like I had a missed call Sept 26th meaning I must of filled out my request at that time... full or not at the time they never left a message. They seem a little unorganized. I'd say don't trust the online system and just call.
