Update 11/10: They have now refunded the money for the oil change. Thanks.

We received terrible customer care from the service department. They initially gave us the wrong vehicle. Then said it was because they were so busy. My wife was the only one there. They then proceeded to charge for the oil change, which is supposed to be free with our extended service plan. An email and phone call were sent to the department manager. No response whatsoever and no refund for the oil change.
