I originally would have given 1 star to none. I started to hear a grinding on my passenger back tire on Friday. Took my vehicle in on Saturday to get "the works" package which is oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. I told the guy about my grinding and he said the brakes would be inspected. After I got my vehicle back I received good health on everything. I asked well what about that grinding? He said you will have to bring it into our service department to have that diagnosed. So I brought my vehicle home and wanted to figure this out and I jacked the car up, took the tire off to find out that one side of my disc brakes was completely gone and the other side was very close. I bought the parts to do the job myself but I was pretty irate that the guy gave me a clean bill of health on my brakes that I brought the pads in and showed them to a supervisor and said it was unacceptable, especially since after I drove my 5 month old baby to Oshkosh. He rectified the situation by letting me bring the vehicle in to do the work free of charge. Used the rotor and brake pads that I bought but they also put on a new caliper for me. Hopefully they use this as a good coaching opportunity and they don't take advantage of people who don't know much about vehicles to do things on their own. If little miss grandma had been diagnosed with good brake pads with absolutely none, things could have been bad. I'm glad that they decided to help me out and that's why I am giving 4 stars.
