FCC Paragon have been a breath of fresh air and a delight to deal with. I dealt with Hannah Bennett from the outset when trying to claw back thousands of pounds of outstanding rent from an ex-tenant. She has been nothing short of a miracle worker and has been successful in getting monies back from my debtor whilst also providing regular and professional feedback and timely reminders etc as required.
