I just bought a 2016 Pruis at Lithia Toyota. I absolutely love my new car! Chris Cogburn was very polite and patient throughout the process and numerous test drives. My only problem with the buying process was with the dealership management. I made an offer on the car, and rather than responding to my offer, they filled out all the paperwork at sticker price. I certainly wish they had been more straightforward in answering my offer. Other than that, a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Chris Cogburn if you are looking for a Toyota in Abilene.
