Lithia Toyota has always taken such good care of my 2017 Toyota 4Runner. I called on Saturday morning to see if I could schedule an oil change for my car. Not only did I get to do it on Saturday but at the time I need to work with my schedule. Layton Norris was the service specialist and he went over all of the maintenance that was performed and I was going to try and use one of my coupons but he looks to see where my coupon would best be served and it is actually on the next service call. While I was waiting in the comfortable lounge, my original sales man Gary Parks came over and visited about my car and what has been going on with me. I am so glad I chose this dealership and my 4runner..I have never been treated so kindly at a dealership and LOVE my 4runner. Thanks Lithia
