I've been there a couple times for their tour. The presenter was interesting, supplying a nice video history of the company, sourcing for their beans, processing, etc. We enjoyed some coffee and snacks after the tour in the cafe, too. Friendly service, clean facilities and good pastries to go along with great tasting coffees. If you haven't been there you should go!
