This hospital is very disorganised and ER staff didn't train well. She try to get my blood sample but didn't take off the band on my arm so blood didn't flood well and I asked her 'not gonna take off the band?' She replied will take it off after collect all blood. It doesn't make sense. So I got big bruise on my arm. I really can say it's medical accident. If you wanna spend time and money highly recommended.
