George-Ann is nice when you first meet her but she is a terrible and disrespectful landlady.

I knew multiple people renting on Summer St. The hot water kept running out in the mornings. My friend called and the lady on the phone said shower in the evenings.

They have no interest in being good agents. They just want rent with the minimal repairs and cleaning. Apartments are old which is ok... but they don t even clean properly before you move in.
