It's wasn't such a bad experience I feel employees in unit 4 need a pay raise. They endure Long shifts babysitting aggressive adults. There's only so much they can do at a time. I noticed they were also understaffed. Idk about the other units but techs on unit 4. Daniel P, Julio, Jose, Luis, and Neil literally had convos with me as if I was family which made me feel comfortable. While having to deal with the stresses of looking out for so many patients at once.
