overall a great area park to explore though it CAN...

overall a great area park to explore though it CAN be a prime target area for thieves and scam artists so be careful also can have many homeless people around i see them often throughout the entire length of the park. but overall its a relatively safe and wonderful park that extends from South Station all the way up to Haymarket Square connecting much of the Financial District, Seaport, Waterfront, Aquarium/Harborwalk, and much of the North End & Fanueil Hall a great place to explore relax have lunch and spend time to see what was ONCE the DREADFUL I 93 Southeast Expressway to NOW a beautiful clean park good in almost ANY season just be advised it is OPEN AIR so it is exposed to the Elements Weather Pending!
