AK were very helpful. My power had gone down. They came out on time, phoning me before arriving to let me know that they were on the way after a previous job. They offered to come out on the evening of the previous day to help which I appreciated but I was not available and had to book the appointment for the next day. They got my power back on. I would recommend them and I would use them again.
