Shuttle/customer service is non existent. I waited from 10:30am until after 4:00pm for the advisor to schedule to pick me up, at home, to pick up my repaired vehicle. I hope the repair is better than their customer service. I don't know what's changed at Hamer; I've dealt with them since 1979 and I've never seen a mess like this. I guess it's whom you employee these day's!
