Me and my wife arrived at this hotel on 2/6/16 for the marc Anthony concert at Madison Square Garden it took for ever to get checked in they only had 3 employee's working the front desk and there was about 25 guest trying to check in. It was slow and then we finally got checked in took about 20 minutes we go to our room and it wasn't cleaned towels on the bathroom floors bed not done had to go again to the front desk and they ask me if i wanted the room cleaned.i was surprised they ask me that and i said no i want a different room and that also took about another 20min i made it late for my concert missed about 15min of the show. Location is great but this place is dirty and depressing never again but the next time i will be staying at the Marriott right around the corner.
