Today was annual maintenance day for the AC and furnace. Had scheduled an appointment a few weeks back for today and was given a time of 1-4 pm for the technician to show up. Josh showed up at our home at 12:30pm and did the maintenance. He did an excellent job and was both personable as well as very friendly.
I've used Family Danz for the past 20 years or so and other family members have used them for close to 30 years. The people in the office have always been pleasant and any technician I've had has been great. Years ago, Ted Danz himself came to my townhouse in Clifton Park and did the estimate for central air and gas heat. I was a new homeowner at the time and he treated me fantastic.
Wouldn't have anyone other than Family Danz touch my heating, AC, or hot water tank. I think they are the best in the business. Keep up the good work...........
