What a great new car purchasing experience at John Hoffer! Our sales person Marlon Jones, was very nice to work with, honest, and went out of this way to accommodate us in purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kevin Hasenkamp, GM was easy to work with and demonstrated his desire to sell us a vehicle. The entire test drive, sales process and delivery of the vehicle was the best car-buying experience we have ever had.

We had purchased another Grand Cherokee over 20 years ago and felt welcomed back to the John Hoffer family. Mr. Hoffer was introduced to us during vehicle delivery and also made us proud Jeep owners again.

Greg Fisher, Finance Manager, made the entire process extremely easy. We were done with the paperwork in less than 10 minutes.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with our Jeep purchase experience at John Hoffer Jeep. Everyone involved in the process worked hard to meet our expectations and made the entire process enjoyable.
