If I could give this hotel a lower star rating then 1, I defiantly would.
For starters there was homeless people everywhere blocking the entrance and asking for money, parking was 30$ over night just to make sure your car doesn t get broken into. In the lobby there were homeless people trying to ask to sleep on the couches and chairs, this was all in the first hour of being there. Second when we got to our room is was very disgusting and unclean bathtub was full of gross water and door locks were smashed off, we tried to cancel in the first 2 hours of being there because it felt so unsafe, like a zoo . The pool water was yellow and very dirty. They ended up charging us for a full night stay and we couldn t get our money back so we left anyway to a best western hotel
