Brett was very kind and professional when we met him. Brett asked about what I wanted to have in a car, and we discussed different car options. The car that I chose is the one that he tried hard to make work within my budget. Throughout the process we were made to feel comfortable with great. Brett was very thorough in explaining all the features in the car. At the end of the purchase Brett made sure that the car was detailed and had a full tank of gas. Brett helped us to find the Chevy Spark we wanted, with steering wheel controls, Bluetooth, my link, automatic windows, white color. Brett even let me test drive the car for two days to see how it felt and drove while my paperwork was being processed.. Our experience at Jim Butler Chevrolet was very delightful.
