I had NOTHING good to say about the Sherman Oaks Neptune Society customer service from a previous experience 5 months ago, when my friend passed (he and his wife had pre-arranged).

BUT, this time around, when my friend's wife passed, Carlos Calderon totally reversed my opinion.

Carlos was attentive, efficient, friendly, and communicated immediately to any phone call or emails. All the documents were processed in a timely manner and the whole process was professionaly handled and completed.
