I went to urgent care and they tell my insurance is inactive despite just bringing my son in last week. I call BCN and they say to call back in an hour because their system is down. Well my appointment is right now, not in an hour. Then I ask if they will reimburse me and she says she can t guarantee I will be reimbursed. Wow. Great coverage and peace of mind. I m
