Worst Company, Don't join, If you want to know more then Read Following.
I had Worked here for more than year, Following is not just ONE PERSON's experience, It is a Conclusion after Discussion with so many people.
All Management level people are cheap they don't have sense to talk with Employee, THEY WILL ABUSE YOU ALSO.
Management Is VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR.
1. They will ask you the status of your task every 2 hrs, Every day, Weekly-Monthly(In terms of excel sheets).
1a. They will harass you Mentally.
2. No Work Culture, Only RULES, After Some times You will fell that you are going some tuition class every day.
3. Working Hrs are TOO MUCH, No Work Life Balance.
4. They have Very WORST HR Policy, Below I am mentioning Only FEW Points.
e.g. 4 a. If you go to client location then your notice period will be increase to MONTHS (Initially It is 3 MONTHS For Experience People)
4 b. If you want to leave the company they will threatening you by saying that we will not give any EXPERIENCE LATTER, DO Whatever
YOU CAN DO(Even After Serving Notice period)
4 c. When you join they will show you BIG BIG DREAMS, BUT DON'T FOLLOW SINGLE THING.(THEY WILL LIE ,YOU CANT EVEN
TRUST 1% )
4 d. To Many Restrictions, YOU CANT WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
4 e. LAST THEY HAVE END CLAUSE , THAT YOU CANT JOIN FEW COMPANIES (approx.50-60 in numbers) OF THEIR DOMAIN.
So Even if you learn something that is not going to be use full for you in future.
4 f. TOO MUCH WORK PRESSURE BY YOUR MANAGER.
4 g. NO Hikes (If you join as Fresher then after 2 to 2.5 years you can earn 15-18 Thousands per Month--
But AT THE TIME OF JOINING THEY WILL LIE TO YOU BY SAYING THAT AFTER ONE YEAR YOU WILL GET 35-40 Thousands Per Month)
4 h. Saturdays are not off , They Might tell you to Work on Sunday also.
4 i. Let us Say If you talk with your Manager or Some Management guy,
they will make you foolish Every time,They Will Talk to you ROUND & ROUND, They Will Abuse you.
5. No Technical Learning here,If you know something that also you will forget.
6. No Growth Nothing.. USE LESS Company.
7. They are making fool to their clients also in terms of resources.
8. They are Simply hiring, No one is talented here.
9. Now a days they are asking candidates Original Certificate also Just Because they also know that they wont find the people that can sustain for much duration.
10.Your job is simplest kind of job, small 10th pass out also can do your work.
