I called from upstate NY and the woman who answered the phone was tremendously helpful. The flowers and chocolates arrived as scheduled and my parents couldn't have been more pleased. Beautiful arrangement and quality chocolates. I was particularly impressed because it was the week before Christmas, the middle of a pandemic, and a few days after a big snowstorm. I will definitely use Hansen's again and recommended them to my parents as well.
