I made a mistake with my trade password so i tried...

I made a mistake with my trade password so i tried calling the help line, after 2 hrs on standby no one answered me or notified me about current waiting times. Tried the mylink, not operational. went to the HQ, can't make the changes at their office. After 2 days i still don't have an answer from them or any BMO branch. it appears the money i have invested is charirty for the CEO.
