The techs were nice and courteous, however they company pushes memberships and packages. I do not agree with this, as is pushes them to be sales people and not down to earth techs. I couldn't get a straight answer on the issue or a best course of action/best practice, only a booklet being shown to me with 3 different packages to proceed. It made the techs appear un-knowledgeable and dropped my confidence with them. I had another company come out to get a second opinion and they were very technical and answered every question in detail as well as offered thorough solutions. Found out there was several leaks and the system was not installed correctly to begin with (another company 6 yrs ago), and there was oil around the outside unit and drips on the inside unit. These issues were not pointed out by Jon Wayne Techs. The new company did not charge to check the unit over or to visit and when we told them we paid 100/lb coolant (500 total) they were shocked as they only charge 50. This whole ac unit issue has been such an ordeal. I just wish we could get back good old fashion AC techs and not have them pushing packages and memberships to "save"...
