I stayed two nights at the Soho grand while traveling for business. Rooms were on the smaller side, which is to be expected in NYC. Premises were overall well maintained, and cleanliness was solid. Front desk staff were okay, didn't quite live up to the hospitality I've read about in other reviews - maybe it was because of my t-shirt and comfortable dress?
