Worst hospital ,I'm ever been to.

Worst hospital ,I'm ever been to.
During pandemic I decided for visit Mercy ER room to avoid rush at university hospital for my 7 yr old son broken arm.
turned out after doing the basic x-ray , they referred to the university.
its waste of time and money to visit Mercy .

and after now 7 months of follow up with billing department, I'm still waiting for insurance claim forms from them.

Mercy should vacate the space for some good medical facilities to come up.
