WOW! What a premier Charlotte builder SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!! I can't say enough great things about the company and brand that Pike Properties has assembled. They just get it! The attention to detail is unlike anything I have experience in Charlotte. Their business model is unique ... and it just works! While you might not be able to do a full custom-to-the client build with Pike Properties, they make up for it in their service and quality control to the consumer. Their design and finish selection is impeccable. I have sold multiple Pike Properties homes for clients now and I look forward to the next one as I know my clients are going to be thrilled with not only the home, but the experience along the way! These guys just get it!
