I am really disappointed with my zero reception bank.
I had an appointment with Madame eva schwartz at the beginning of August for a professional credit request I made it clear that it is URGENT and I would like the answer before the end of August

I asked to speak with Mrs. Eva Schwarz advised me she cannot receive me she says that she calls me back tomorrow and we are already at the end of August
I explained to the lady at the reception that it is urgent and it is important that I see her today
she makes me understand that it is like that and not otherwise goodbye sir.
I went to see the second person at the reception I explained the situation to him, she told me someone will come see me.
She was supposedly the director of the LCL bank a petite brunette lady with dark hair she wears glasses
I explained my problem to her that I made a professional credit request, I still don't have the answer, she tells me your credit is refused
I asked that she give me the refusal she told me it is not possible because it is not a professional credit.
And during the interview, I did ask for a professional loan for my micro-business.

I do not recommend this bank.
