The design of the resort and atmosphere is amazing...

The design of the resort and atmosphere is amazing. However, the service and breakfast is below average. We arrived at 4:00 and We had to wait for 3 hours to get to the room. The service is not to the level it supposed to be, I had to look for the employees by myself to get a buggy to take me to the Villa. I deeply think that the resort has to improve the service to somehow matches the beauty of the place.
