After years of working with them, they have refused me a return for a simple fiso in an OEM box whose interior has not been or touched.

Point 9.2 of the conditions of sale literally states:
"9.2 The Customer may return the product during the 60 calendar days after the purchase, provided that the product has not been unsealed from its original packaging, used, mounted on other equipment or installation, or subject to disassembly outside of Infortisa."

I insist, it is shameful that because of a fiso, a product that is in its original packaging that has NOT been removed from the packaging, nor assembled, only the measurements of the content have been checked, you throw it back.
Especially taking into account the number of years that we have been buying you and the thousands of euros that we invoice you annually.
We are already looking for another supplier, and from these lines I encourage you to read all the reviews about their after-sales service, they are not wrong.
