I put a star just because I can not put ZERO! PESSIMO service, nonexistent assistance (nobody replies on the established days and times, the number 199-to-payment - then steals all the money in the phone without solving ANYTHING), all day closed at home waiting for a withdrawal that has NEVER happened to which they have notified "wrong address" (false thing of course, I have the waybill in front and the address is correct). Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED, I have created a HUGE discomfort and Monday I will have to proceed to send the package with another courier. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
