I took in my car for a check engine light. I already had the code. The issue was covered by my warranty. Was told by the guy to come back the next morning as soon as they opened. I did just that- I was there when they arrived. After they took the first 10-15 minutes past opening time to 'get ready' I was able to be acknowledged. I was then told that I would have to pay $130 to get the sensor read and that they would not accept that I had an error code for them already. My only option, I was then told, was to leave my car there for the next 4 days...just to get the error code read. For $130. No loaners available. No nothing. All of this information was, of course, delivered in a smug and patronizing manner. Terrible service department.
