These guys are real phonies. I came in as a consultant to do a migration. They pulled me in the hall and said - you get this done we will pay you bigtime - I got migration done - Next step was another migration - I wanted to do it right this time - so I spent time fixing the process - I spend an entore weekend - then one day the PM fires me because I didn't send him a log file.

I have worked for Oracle, IBM, Dell, Sun, Microsoft, Accenture, Delloite and every major company - I have never witnessed such poor management of any project I have ever worked on. My advice is to fire the idiots you have and restart
