I ve had the worst assitance with their staff and ...

I ve had the worst assitance with their staff and company over the course of multiple phones calls and email ever since my account was rolled over here. I ve requested to have both of my accounts rolled out of MTrust via fax and online and now I have no account to either of my accounts to check the status of the roll over. I see no funds deposited in either of my retirement accounts nor have a recieved any checks in the mail. I do remember reading checks are drawn on the 15th. And I m hoping that they ll be here and that will be the end of it so I don t contact your customer service again. I now get an email from them to call in that my app is missing misc info. Which I ve done multiple times. They ve seem to be able to immediately reply to my reviews, but unable to get my rollover s done. Amazing.
