So I ordered 11 packages of icicle ornaments from ...

So I ordered 11 packages of icicle ornaments from their website just after Christmas so I could use next year. I didn't receive 1 package til January 19 and the other package didn't arrive til Jan 22nd. I noticed that not only were some of the icicles the wrong shape than they had shown on the pictures in their website, but they sent me the wrong colors as well, even though on their own checklist that came in the package, they wrote that they sent the right number of colors. I immediately emailed customer service to tell them they had written down that they packed the wrong colors and I was in need of the correct colors that I ordered. No answer. I emailed them a few days later. Still no answer. I have tried at numerous times during the day on different days to contact their live help chat, and no one apparently ever is on that thing on their end. So now I am sitting here with the wrong colored ornaments, and no one telling me how I can return them.

I will never order from this company again and will tell everyone to stay well away.
