Hold times were minimal, had open appointments within a reasonable amount of time. They even came out on Saturday without an additional charge. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us up to date with what was happening. Brian also gave advice on how to maintain different things. Thank you, I definitely recommend.
