More than disappointed. I figured that if I ignore all the negative reviews and only consider the good ones, nothing bad will happen to me.

For 3 weeks my laptop was kept at the service in Bucharest, I was ordered wrong parts and many more, for a simple battery change!

They have far exceeded the period of "maximum 15 calendar days" and I was told that it will last somewhere between 30 and 60 days. Here you go ? On a 6300 lei laptop do you allow the dynasty to cheat?

I asked for the laptop to be sent back to me as it is and to repair my money because Depanero is not doing any good!

I apologize to all the people with negative reviews that I ignored. I have now seen what Depanero means. Please think twice before ordering from emag!
