Our experience at Carlson Toyota was very positive. Our sales rep, JR May was easy to deal with, transparent, responsive, accommodating and a true professional. We felt a little rushed at the closing and signing of the paperwork lacked transparency. JR helped clarify some of the concerns we had a couple of days later in a follow-up call. I would highly recommend JR May as a point person when buying a new car at Carlson Toyota.
