I bought a brand new 2012 Acadia. Less than a week after I brought it home my navigation system failed. I did some research and found out that this had been a recurring problem with the GMC vehicles. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have my navigation system repaired. I sat around the dealership for over two hours while they completed my oil change and told me they would have to order a new system. They normally wash your vehicle and vacuum it prior to returning it but I did not feel like waiting around another hour just to have that done. It has been a month and my navigation system still has not been repaired and I have not had any contact initiated from the dealership to let me know the status. This has been my worst experience concerning customer service. I expect some kind of feedback. When I bring my BMW in for any kind of service at the BMW dealership at least they provided me with a loaner car so I don't have to wait around the dealership
