The Geek Squad was wonderful in answering my questions as I transitioned from one laptop to setting up a new one -- I had a very old laptop that I wanted to save a lot of files on and transition to my new computer, and they were extremely dedicated in getting all my materials over -- these files mean a lot to me because they contain pictures and other special memories -- and the Geek Squad didn't give up when the transition said it had 1 more minute left, but really took hours. I also greatly appreciated the extra effort they made in saving a special DVD I made for my brother, which got stuck in my old laptop when DVDs wouldn't eject any longer. The Geek Squad went above and beyond in taking apart my old laptop, and wrapping up the DVD carefully -- another item that is also precious to me. It seems as if the Geek Squad truly cares about their customers and consider your e-files as if they were their own.
