Couldn t connect us over the weekend and we were left freezing cold in our new home!
I rang them and they told me they were sending someone out, only to have to ring them 2 hours later for them to tell me they re not actually sending someone out and they can t help us!

Absolutely appalling customer service and won t help you when you re in need!
