The last time my son was at this hospital was 11/2...

The last time my son was at this hospital was 11/2018. We have paid in full all bills from this Health System. I was assured on the phone several months ago, that the balance on my son's account was 0. Fifteen months later, we are still receiving bills and I am wondering about unethical and/or inept tracking of our payments. This facility has been investigated by the state of Colorado, for unethical practices. I wonder if these unethical practices extend to continuing to charge families for services, that were long since paid.
