We have been clients of Baker & Assoc. for over 10 years. We interviewed four property management companies before selecting Baker & Associates. They have proved that we made the right choice in selecting them. They always respond promptly to phone calls, are very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. The staff are helpful and courteous. We recently had to ask a number of questions about our rental property. We met with the owner who listened carefully to our concerns and answered all our questions. She also made several helpful suggestions and gave us time to decide how we wanted to proceed. We have recommend this company to both other property owners and friends looking for a place to rent.
