I live in an ACER building for 20 years with my mother we pay a non-economic rent and for 3 years we have been asking for the replacement of the window from the room that ke from the terrace, but the answer ke is given to us we cannot change it because the costs do not they are low and the engineer does not give the possibility to change the window.
These are the conditions nowadays
- the window does not close at all
- the drawer that closes the upper part of the shutter has fallen and lands.
- in order not to let the cold in we have to keep the entire shutter down.
And all this in order not to change a French door
