Absolute worst customer experience. These people send defective products, make promises they don't keep, ignore your emails (there is no doubt my emails were read and ignored, response time for all update emails was incredibly fast), then will withhold your money from you until you call them and force them over the phone. Oh, and that whole process will drag out for six months.

This might be the first review I've ever written because of how bad that experience was. They never reached out to me about any issue at all and actively ignored my emails. If I had not been constantly proactive about sending emails and calling, they would have my money and I would have nothing.
