Bought a Ford Escape here in January. The front end damage to the car was minimal and the body repair work looked like it was put together properly. It was blue star inspected but because of the cold weather the air conditioner couldn t be checked although the compressor clutch did engage so we thought it would be ok. Well 5 months later when the heat came on found that the air conditioning system wasn t hooked up properly in the rebuild resulting in complete system failure. Their blue star inspection is meaningless. Their service department said they were 30 days out to check it. That wasn t an option with temperatures reaching triple digits. I thought this dealership had a good reputation but I would never buy another car here and I could not recommend them to anyone.
