My husband and I was looking for a Dodge Challenge...

My husband and I was looking for a Dodge Challenger Hellcat and we just happen to find one at this dealership; Audi in Mission Viejo! We love the car BUT we feel that our sales representative Robert or maybe it was the financial service manager Mo was not being truthful during the buying process, first incident had to do with the supposedly optional Stargard LoJack which was presented as an option, which both my husband and I respectfully declined, BUT it ended up in our final contract! Unfortunately my husband and I were on a time limit and didn t notice it when signed our final documents! When we came home, we noticed that it was included in our contract. We had a hell of time trying to get in contact with them and when we finally did, no one wanted to take the responsibility for it! We spoke with a representative named Farhad, he was very rude and not helpful at all!! Second, we were approved & financed through our credit union and when I asked Robert if they were going to run our credit , he said no it was just going to be part of our files BUT yet our credit was ran!! We love our car BUT the dealership that we had to deal with Audi in Mission Viego , they were not honest and upfront. They sure weren t looking out for us the customers
The staff we dealt with were not 100 percent transparent, truthful, and lacked effective communication skills with us and each other.
