I would give them no stars but it won t let me. They are only friendly until they get your money. We rented a house from them. When we moved in the carpet smelled like dog pee. The carpet was so worn down in spots you could see the sub flooring. The upstairs second bathroom was not cleaned. The kitchen had BBQ sauce on the ceiling. The downstairs half bath had yellow stains and booger s on the walls. They said that they paid to have it professionally cleaned . I would recommend that you do not work with this company they will try to get every last penny from you. I have never rented from a worse company then this one. When we left the house was cleaner then when we moved in. We also had people try to break in on 3 different occasions. When we told them about it her response was what do you want me to do about Instead of letting us break our lease because we did not feel safe living there.
