EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE> The product I received is good. Recently returned a portion of it for warranty repair/replacement. Provided specific shipping instructions; however, the repaired item was shipped to a different address. I was able, through UPS shipping notice, to detect the error and change the address with UPS. Notifies Augusta MS of their mistake, the $16.54 charge to correct it, and requested reimbursement. Three weeks have passed and I have received no response and no reimbursement.
My experience in getting a replacement pump was absolutely terrible!
Ten days after sending in my pump for replacement, (the handle broke off), I still had not heard anything from Augusta medical.
I left a phone message with customer service and no one returned it after 2 1/2 hours.
It took multiple follow-up phone calls on my part to finally get a supervisor to intervene and locate my defective pump in their warehouse after it had been in their possession for 6 days.
The supervisor said it would be processed today, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it actually happens.
If I don't get a tracking number today I will post another negative review.
