I had the worse experience at Kate spade 5 ave.

I had the worse experience at Kate spade 5 ave.
My dear husband bought me a bag, he paid half cash and the rest with his card, they never told him that if you pay cash and decide to return the item it takes two weeks, so I ended up not liking the bag I retuned it then they told me I will not be getting the cash that day they will mail the check, I was upset but I was like it is okay it will only take two weeks, come to find out I haven t received the check and it has been 6 weeks already, I called them couple times all they say is that they are processing the payment( from two weeks to six weeks )
It is really frustrating because 1st they didn t tell my husband when he was buying the bag that if he will be returning there is a two week wait, and then the whole process to take more then two weeks, they are not been open and transparent about the cash refund policy.
I will never shop at any Kate spade again.
Plus I haven t seen that check as I speak.
